Food vendors must have all applicable permits from the state and environmental health. If Food vendors are not registered with the state, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further steps. If vendor sell sweets, please make sure all product is places in packaging with registered companies Logo. Food vendors that will not use a truck will be required to let staff know 14 days in advance if a table needs to be furnished. Vendor set up is at 8 am the day of the event. All Applications must be submitted by September 25. Food Vendors must have Environmental Health paperwork in 30 days Prior. Environment Health charge $50 charge for Food Vendors before 30 days and $75 charge for food vendors after 30days. All charges will be included in prices below. *There is a blackout on water and sodas. Water and electricity are included. Fresh Fest will not be held liable for failure to adhere to the guidelines. If vendors need tables, please send an email letting us know. Failure to comply with the guideline will result in removal from the event without refund.
